Owing to the absence of formal and procedural requirements in the law, I developed my own procedure for risk assessment, both for the risk of vaccination and for the risk or presence of side effects from wearing a “protective” mask. To this end, I developed and designed my own medical history forms and a handout covering both the vaccination and the mask topics, as well as my own template forms for the vaccination and mask exemption certificates.
The medical duty to inform was met by requiring, as a precondition for the personal risk assessment during the consultation, attendance at a lecture of at least one hour covering: the ingredients of vaccines, the immunological response options of the organism to vaccine administration, the epidemiology of selected vaccine-preventable diseases according to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), and special features of the Infection Protection Act (in particular regarding the recognition of vaccine injuries and the duty to report them).
All 28 patients (and others beyond them) were personally examined by me in accordance with the self-developed procedure, and the certificates were issued on the basis of the medical history forms completed by the patients themselves, including a sworn declaration as to the accuracy of the information, a written declaration of intent (for example, regarding the administration of vaccinations or the wish to be exempted from the mask requirement), and any supplementary medical findings (such as laboratory parameters, COPD, asthma, autoimmune diseases, anxiety disorders, etc.). The certificates were consistent with my medical conviction, the criteria of evidence-based medicine (EBM), the Bavarian Code of Medical Conduct, the UN Convention on Human Rights, the Hippocratic Oath, and the Declaration of Geneva.

My patients had a right to an individual medical assessment of their respective health situation, in line with the criteria of evidence-based medicine.
I had a moral and professional duty to give my patients this assessment according to the rules of the art, to support them in exercising their right to self-determination, and to protect them from the potential or actual harm caused by the individual negative benefit-to-risk ratio of the vaccinations or of the masks (which, according to RKI protocols, were demonstrably useless).
It is my wish that this documentation should help the public to learn that freedom of therapy in Germany has, in fact, currently been abolished (and that this must be reversed without delay), what injustices physicians in this country have suffered and continue to suffer, and that such interference in the doctor-patient relationship must never be repeated.
