In November 2021, I wrote an open letter to the Austrian Health Minister in which I criticised the COVID measures, described the vaccination as gene therapy, and drew attention to its poor efficacy and its dangers.
The occasion was the lockdown for unvaccinated persons and the resulting discrimination against my daughter.

The disciplinary prosecutor accuses the disciplinary defendant of the following:
The disciplinary defendant published an open letter to the Health Minister in November 2021, in which he accuses the minister of discrimination against people unwilling to be vaccinated and speaks out against a vaccine mandate and access restrictions.
He substantiates this with «facts» which, in summary, are intended to express that the COVID-19 infection is less dangerous compared to the protective vaccination. The protective vaccination is referred to as «gene therapy» and it is claimed, among other things, that for young healthy people, especially for children, COVID-19 represents a comparatively trivial illness. The COVID protective vaccination does not prevent infections, nor the transmission of the virus to other people; it clearly has a negative benefit-risk profile in children. Vaccinating children is therefore irresponsible. Serious errors were made in the approval studies, the vaccination is not safe, and the side effects are significantly more frequent than with all other currently used vaccines. Many of his colleagues had bad experiences with the vaccination; in particular, he had already identified dozens of cases of side effects (tinnitus, 2 cases of paraesthesia in extremities, rheumatic flares, myocarditis, dysmenorrhoea, miscarriages, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc.). Later damages were also still completely unknown. The vaccination does not reduce mortality from COVID-19 but increases overall mortality.
These claims contradict the existing scientific evidence.
