I issued certificates for people suffering from complaints (including COPD, asthma, migraines, anxiety disorders, hay fever, and especially acute symptoms such as panic attacks, headaches, dizziness, vomiting, concentration problems, etc. – in other words, almost always symptoms of hypercapnia), as well as for children, knowing full well that masks lacked evidence as virus protection and were in fact harmful. I did so on the basis of the professional code of conduct for physicians, the Hippocratic Oath, and the Declaration of Geneva.
Later, § 278 was used to turn a simple medical certificate into a “health certificate,” and then into a “false health certificate” if no examination had taken place.
The certificates reflected my medical conviction and were issued to protect people from senseless, health-damaging measures.
The so-called “Hitler salute” I used during a speech at a demonstration to draw the audience’s attention to the fact that one must not follow along without objection, as in the times of National Socialism, when injustice occurs. In this context, my criticism of and warning about that terrible era cannot be misunderstood – though the judge saw it differently.
The truth is like the sun – it cannot be denied. In the suffering caused by the Corona protective measures and the social division, I saw my duty as a physician to minimize or prevent it. Children and the elderly were those who suffered most. My medical obligation and the professional code of conduct for physicians were my driving forces.
Even the offer of substantial money did not tempt me to “go along.” Instead, the reprisals amounted to a modern witch hunt.
Despite everything, I would act the same way again.
I hope that this documentation helps the public learn what happened to doctors in this country – and that such things never happen again.
